The Coronacrisis, its consequences and the measures which continuously have to be taken, have turned upside down our working environment. Homeoffice, social distancing, the stop of various projects and an uncertain future: all this is still now heavily challenging Managers and Employees

Not surprising that sometimes we have the feeling to reach our limits!

Coaching can help to find new ways out, perspectives and ideas

Coaching can support in expanding our boundaries, finding new approaches and summoning strength. With our free of charge coaching “helping.hour” we want to support all those, who need a helpful conversation.

New roles, distribution of tasks and forms of communication have to be developed and implemented.

This is how it works:

  • Send an email to

  • Suggest time slots for the online meeting and which media you prefer (zoom, skype, whatsapp, phone)

  • Then I will contact you to fix the time slot

Please understand that we can offer only one hour free-of-charge per person, with a maximum of 5 employees per company.

 Your „helping hour“ Coaches

Legal note regarding data protection: Coaching uses the standard tools of video- communication. The communication media is agreed between coach and client. The private data transfer to one of our available coaches is done vía e-mail. The data are stored with Marktkraft for a period of 3 – 4 weeks, afterwards they will be deleted.

“helping hour” is a combination of Coaching and Consulting but can also be just a helpful conversation, whatever our client wishes to have.

Where Coaching helps:

Coaching mainly supports in topics like personal change, new orientation, crisis situation, decision making. Coaching is offered to individuals or teams. Our practical experience shows that coaching is most frequently used for following matters:

  • Development of own ressources and skills
